The Hong Kong Space Museum was opened in 1988, its unique outlook makes the museum one of the more distinctive landmarks in Tsim Sha Tsui. The facilities include Space Theatre, the Hall of Space Science, Gift Shop and the Lecture Hall. The Space Theatre is actually a hemispherical projectin dome with a diameter of 23 meters, which presents both local and foreign OMNIMAX films.
